I just looked, dont see it for 95,
I thought that if I do put the SP 1 in, and it dosnt help, at least it should not hurt, if it does help, so much the better.

EDIT...It says if your system is 4.00.950 A ot later, Do NOT install the this update, your system already contains it..

My system is
