Countess, I don't know where you got the 1 million share figure. Information I have indicates that the actual amount of stock given to Shelby in exchange for the design and production of a street vehicle is quite a bit less. Surely you don't expect Shebly not to be compensated for his efforts . It is you prerogative to interpret the joint venture as an endorsement but I must disagree. I'm not sure what your definition of a "joint" venture is. My definition of a Joint Venture is the contribution by two or more parties of tangible and intangible assets toward the mutual conduct of business activity in which the parties share in the management of and the profit or loss from that activity. Both parties stand to benefit or loose depending on how the OX2 is received by industry. My opinion is that Shelby is developing a vehicle that is going to impress the automotive community.
