Wayne, I think a stock buy back would be great for stockholders, especially when the merger goes through. It would drive the stock price up, which is a Good Thing for all concerned. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that this is happening; CVIA would need a fair amount of money to soak up a large chunk of the stock, even at the current levels. If they had the money, though, this would be a great time to do it! Frank
