Hi Jules,

I just knew Paul would know the background on Palmer but since you were at Hutton when the underwriting took place, what can you tell us about him that would help in understanding what he might do next - if he keeps his job, that is. I mean, aside from his being an engineer and one of the founders of MOSTEK, what role, exactly, did he play in their success?
