Iris; Trend (change) & moving averages are my focus also. It's worrisome that the Nasdaq has made 2 lower lows - though encouraging for shorts! That's why I've been wondering about using TA for shorting. Now would be the time. There's always something one doesn't do! Clint has gotten me going on "groups". Like, what's a weak bank?
