Not true. There was widescale looting after the invasion and Bush was too busy doing photo ops and declaring mission accomplished to worry about 380 tons of HX. 380 tons could have been stolen after the invasion. By who, we don't know? So why don't we know? Why didn't Bush make this priority #1 during the invasion? That is called gross negligence and there's no other word you can use that's any better.
