Just a sense that while there is, and has been, lot's of room on the downside, any shorts were fighting the market. Now the market seems to be looking toward the down side, as far as Internet stocks are concerned. I am conceding though that there may be room to change the valuation model for Safeguard. But I'm not changing anything until I see some rights offerings and how they hold up after IPO.
