My dear Tom,

I was expecting the market to top after Labor Day week and a correction of the DOW to 7200 to be perfectly healthy. I am prepared for that and intend to shop. Some people treat the market as a stock market while others treat the market as a market of stocks.

Yes, discretion may be the better part of valor ... for a slow pro-longed bear market. And should that come upon us, we will not know until we are deep into it.
