Sarmad, thanks. It should go without saying that Intel's impartiality in any claim they make vs. their competitor's process technology should be questioned. I would also say that transistor switching speed is just one tiny component in the set of things that affect CPU frequency scaling, and drawing a direct relationship between them would be inaccurate. fpg
