Ltd. (OTCBB:DFNL - news) announced today that the company is negotiating an agreement to acquire a major ATM
company. The potential acquisition has revenues exceeding 22 million and does business in the US and Canada. It is
expected that a final agreement will be reached by January 31, 2000.
The former focus of film distribution shall continue in the wholly owned subsidiary, MEDIA CLASSICS GROUP,
