"People already knew that Ellison won't buy Apple"... What ever happened to this? "From source of key industry person in Japan, Ellison already gether over $700 million investment and he also made several call in Japan for investment for this bid. Oracle had serious financal problem 8 years ago and large Japanese company invested over $100 million to Oracle to save them. Ellison will add another $500M in next few weeks include investment from Sun partners, like Fujitsu who intend to take over Sun 8 yaers ago.. He need over $1 billion to take control of Apple when expect price of Apple in $22-23 range."
