You did not. There are five senses of men; hear, touch, see, smell, feel. Notice how "reading" is not one of those senses. Those are the things we weigh all that we know against.
Because reading is taught and not a basic perception, you have not proven anything, sir. I wish to believe that which I percieve, and thankfully, so do the courts of the modern world. It was your line of thinking that allowed the divine right of Kings. It was your line of thinking that allowed the Inquisition. It was also that type of thinking that caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands.
You have proven nothing. In a court of law in the 20th century, you have proven nothing. In a present day court of reason, you have proven nothing.
In a modern intellectual circle, you would be scoffed at. I really do not care if you like what I have to say, but that's the truth. |
