twist, I know Sun has a pretty large liability exposure to options, I believe it is about 1/4, %age wise, of Market Cap that M$ has, but I have not checked recently. That is why everyone points to M$FT on this accounting problem, they are neck deep in it.

All I know is, Stock Options in my division were difficult to come by, even for managers.
But you're right, I should keep up on the 10Ks, I am just too busy writing code and counting my money.
