yes and you could go on a letter writing campaign to etrade and get everyone to write and email to complain to them about how unfair their allocations are , and then really make them mad enough to post the times when they are going to take io' s so it's harder to get, or maybe they will cut the size down to 50 instead of 100. Oops that has already happened so what 's next? Maybe same idiot did both?
