This might be as good a summary as any of what Dr. Graham came to believe after his studies and decades of Wall Street experience:

“Forget everything else and focus on two simple principles.
Buy stocks for the long term (5-year periods) and avoid over
paying by applying the disciplines of P/E, Price/Book and
Dividend Yield.”

(I like it anyway. Not sure it's an accurate quote though.)
