it appears they can go with national guard limited.. or go with individual right however, this is a federal right and states can still implement their own restrictions . 48 states have some type of gun control restrictions. some interpert this will come out that as long as a person still has the right to carry a gun or protect themselves states can implement laws to control how the right is administer as long as it doesn't deprive them from the right to own a gun. huh?

i take away d.c. loses, complete ban on guns lose and restrictions like being qualified on checks, etc hold up.
