Al, from the article, A former chief of the State Department's bureau of intelligence and research castigated John R. Bolton on Tuesday as a "kiss-up, kick-down sort of guy" who abused analysts who disagreed with his views of Cuba's weapons capabilities. I have no idea who Carl W. Ford Jr. is, but given the sheer amount of self-preserving bureaucracy within our nation's intelligence departments, I wonder if this is the pot calling the kettle black. Tenchusatsu P.S. - I don't know who Bolton is, either, except that he sounds like a relative of the pop singer.
