Well Ukraine for instance is looking to pass laws to legalize the crypto sector. Their deputy minister of digital transformation is very pro and if I recall they used funds from crpyto to fund the war early on and wouldn't shock me if it's being used on both sides now still.

Read on Bitcoin.com that he stated recently that legalizing crypto can have powerful economic effects and generate billions.

So could there be a flash crash? Sure thing. Going to 0 though I am not too sure of anymore.
