Westcoast is tanking also.Down $1.35 today.They need to downsize and reorganize.They operate like the CBC.Lots of lard ass bureaucrats pushing paper,sending memos,not accomplishing a whole lot.Productivity in the utility end not impressive due to a lack of investment in latest technology.Cost overuns in information services,losing money with Union Energy.Union Gas returns of $100 million with over 4 billion of assets.They can make more money in Canada Savings bonds.
