oops,

looks like Fleet just changed its rebate card so that you don't get the 2% unless you are carrying a balance - just like that miserable bank to change its terms, it does it all the time, I wouldn't take a fleet card period, and I am currently canceling their Gulf rebate card (same thing, they reduced the rebate by 33% to 50% depending on the purchase)
