Can you explain this to us for a minute?
For example, if osmeone owns 5000 shares... and assuming (for sake of argument) that these shares were worth about $2750 (at fifty cents each)
that would mean one would receive 1375 warrants? (one for each 2 dollars of stock)
Do we receive a letter in the mail?

The warrants have no value until stock price is above strike price, right?
