What now...? Confiscation of private property! Wow... what a nice socialist sentiment huh? Let me check now... isn't this is the USA, home of free enterprise, capitalism and the American Dream? Didn't the third-world just go through a decade plus period of privatization of state-owned industrial and natural resource properties in order to undo many of the economic evils of state condemnation/ownership? Oh well, this is CA we're talking about... one has to make allowances I suppose.
