Yes it appears to be coming together. They just need to demonstrate a large enough resource to roll with. They did all the correct things in the right order. The timing may be off on predictions but many projects experience delays for numerous reasons. Whether obtaining permits, building inspections, contractor negotiations and all other deliverables. Those things happen on an external schedules, not a chart. Though if they get an order from a gov't body requiring such purities as ASTM D7219 spec the run will be on and I hope it becomes a value play at that point, speculation aside. I'm optimistic this will be amazing if the resource is there with very favorable economics.
