Thanks for your input. Take a look at www.westergaard.com today for my take. You may not believe it, but CCM now owns 18.5% of NRT. They have been buying shares on the open market for months and are largely responsible for the accumulation run up. I have a link to their homepage in my column.

I also think its quite significant that CCM would now take out of the money options in a private placement. I like this development very much and say so today at Westergaard.

I assure you there is more to come. Just a hunch.
