What a great description of the old Schloss "flavour".

But we sure as hell didn't pay $8.99 per liter in those days! Maybe it was a buck or two a bottle, but the exact figure is lost in the mists of memory.

But it tasted pretty good to stoned and horny teenagers looking for that last little edge but not desperate enough to try lemon gin.
