I'm using Win98 se with the shutdown patch but still run into the problem. I have guessed that's it's a small glitch between Enditall and my computer fighting over which one is boss.

A work around on your shutdown issue is to use the Shutz program. I use it on my old win 98 system and it solved the problem of not being able to shutdown properly after using enditall.
