The problem with Wavephore is David Deeds. Every time he talks he pisses someone off. The story of why Friedman Billing lowered there rating to a sell a while back is Deed's pissed off the analyst. The president of Wavephore was on vacation at the time Glenn Williamson. The company supposedly put a muzzle on Deeds is what the word was. Obviously it didn't work. He pissed off the people on CNBC. Deeds feels he can do anything he wants. This is an old story. Remember when Friedman's went to a sell the company threatened to sue then, but realized Deeds was the culprit. Once again the same story. Call Deeds up and see how arrogant he is. I've been told he is a nasty guy and has absolutely know class. I've also been told all he does is sit in his office in Phoenix and watch the stock. Wondering who is buying and selling. He even has an alarm to tell him when it drops to a certain point. If Deeds thinks the stock is truly undervalued why did he sell $12,000,000 worth. I've been told he has all his original money out. What he said on CNBC simply wasn't true. He said cash is in good shape, not true. There burning cash like crazy. I also here the new guy brought in to run Wavetop , people skills are like Deeds. What a chilling thought. The bottom line is the company's Wavetop is behind schedule and advertisers are not impressed. I challenge people to call the company and ask them if they have done a feasibility study on the last announcement and if they have all there agreements with there vendors. I think you'll be shocked. Anyone who does there homework will become suspect like CNBC. The product I here is many months away at best. The bottom line is people think the product is at best bad. Once again call the company and dig and you'll learn the true facts. Also ask about 2.0 way behind schedule. The company announced a stock buy back to pump the stock. It is apparent the company can't buy stock because of cash position. If they were buying stock back, I would sure question it as every penny should be saved for there huge burn rate.
Good luck to all.
