I don't think you are going to need to use the actuator Pierre I don't understand this. So in addition to (possibly) blowing off the equity holders he's now deliberately poking a stick in the eye of debt holders? And at the same time telling them who got their cookies and milk? Either this guy is completely nuts or he's playing a very hard game of hardball... And what on earth is QCOM's Irwin doing? QCOM needs that $40M like it Irwin needs a hole in the head, why incurr the almost certainly litigious wrath of G* bondholders? Unless this quarter is a bust and QCOM actually needs the $40M...? It's gonna' be over pretty soon Either that or it's just beginning...LOL.
