I'm in waiting mode on MIR. Recently (yesterday and today) bought some SRP Sierra Pacific, which just crossed $5.00. It seems when stocks cross 5 going up, they tend to move another buck or so qucikly (most of the time)

ALso bought WMB, which has dipped.

Bought a little ELP, a Brazilian Power Company.
