Thursday December 6 2:12 PM ET House Democrats Want Worker Aid Before Trade Vote WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A group of moderate Democrats on Thursday demanded that an impending vote on a controversial trade bill be delayed until the House of Representatives passes legislation to improve benefits for U.S. workers.
