If you examine the 10K's, tis all listed as to the Options granted
for all the Directors. For example, in FY 98, JC was granted
1.35 M Option shares at 49$.

Also in the same 10K, you can see that he owns about 3.8 M shares.

So he exercised 850K shares. He had to or they would have expired
worthless.
