When you say "M.L." do you mean Merrill Lynch?

Are you suggesting that a Merrill Lynch broker SOLICITED a ZSUN trade? You should call the compliance office and ask to examine the ticket.

If you are a US investor, brokers cannot solicit trades for stocks such as ZSUN, If the broker solicited the trade, well you may actually get a chance to recover your losses in arbitration. You can also file a complaint with the NASD to be noted on the broker's CRD.
