For too many years, the VSE, ASE et al have operated with seeming impunity. The mystery has always been the BCSC's reluctance to clean up the VSE. Call me an intrusive Yank (hey I live there but was born in the UK so no strong affiliations either way), but I don't think it would have been allowed to fester in the US for so long. The FBI is forever shutting down NJ-based penny stock operations. Where have the regulatory teeth been in the Canadian markets? Again, not trying to bait the chip on the shoulder of our northern neighbors. ..but I'm afraid the Canadian markets are going to pay dearly for their years of benign neglect. Imagine, this total sham of a company managed to make it into the TSE index...that's like the DOW 30, isn't it? What about all the index fund managers who were compelled to buy it?
