(Nasdaq: ISLD), a leading provider of network services for globalizing e-Business applications, announced today its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and year-ended September 30, 1999. Revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 1999 were $4.9 million, an increase of 33% over revenues of $3.7 million for the quarter ended June 30, 1999 and representing a 433% increase over revenues of $927,000 for the quarter ended September 30, 1998. The net loss for the quarter ended September 30, 1999, was $22.0 million, or $0.62 per share, compared with a net loss for the quarter ended June 30, 1999 of $14.1 million, or $0.50 per share on a pro forma basis, and a net loss of $5.7 million, or $0.36 per share on a pro forma basis for the quarter ended September 30, 1998.
