I KNOW YOU'RE NOT A LAWYER, YOU JUST PLAY ONE ON THE INTERNET

Actually I wrote my response to Fred with you in mind. You are just so ripe for rebuttal. And I would be amused by your reply if it weren't so self-serving.

Of course such statements contain qualifications - gee, there could be sanctions for misleading or opportunistic conjecture. Obviously that can lead to discounting future prospects, as it must, otherwise the sky is the limit - wouldn't you agree? Your rendering would obviate the purpose of such required statements. A MATURE investor recognizes that yes, there are bad possibilities and welcomes the information. Contact the SEC and ask them if such statements are required to provide an accurate, truthful picture devoid of hype for potential investors.

Perhaps I've just been going over your head because I've centered my argument on the legal issues involved. Or maybe you would want the gullible to discount such out of hand. I have an optimistic view of humanity so I'll assume the former.

Regards
