Nemont not buying ??? Did they say why ? What about Barrick sweetening the offer ? I am curious since I was wondering if Newmont would pass this up for future favours from Barrick. I found a posting discussing Newmont's ownership from yesterday. It didn't mention that Newmont wasn't making a bid - in fact it suggested they might. Just a little confused. If you see the article, please post.
