Remember the warrants on IMPCF? Magically they got all exercised, remember that big fund (Capital something) and that brokerage house in the UK always with some good words at the right time. That is not manipulation, but it provided the same results. I think the stock has a very good chance to get there, and stay above $24 for a good 20 days or even 60 days, before the two years lapse. Of course, this is just an opinion, a bullish one at that. I just do not think it will happen in the next two three months, but I guess that there is a good chance it will happen before the year is out. Mind you, there are two additional options for tranches of convertible with conversions at $16/share and $19/share, if memory serves which would be very nice if the options were exercised in the next six months or so. These are actually juicier for the existing stockholders since these of course involve less dilution. My hat off to the CFO on these one. VLNC should learn a lesson or two how to structure a convertible from MVIS' CFO.
