Dear TJS, I have to say that it is nice to see that someone retracts a statement when there is no substance. Thank-you. Dal Grauer has informed me that he will be in the office on Tuesday handling all calls. If anyone has any idea of how to get in touch with Vigliarolo, it would be Dal as I have not spoken with Joe V. At the current time, I do not have 5% or greater position. However, I am told by my son Mario, that all filings will be made pursuant to his holdings shortly. You will then see, he has purchased stock of Airstar Technologies and not sold any of his position. If I stay on as a consultant and/or come on the Board as a Director or Officer, I would be more than willing to file a 13-D. I have not done so, as I did not want ANYONE to mistake a 4% position being an affiliate which some parties, for their own personal reasons are trying to insinuate. This will be my last post for the evening as I need to spend some time with my children as I have been in the office since 6:30 Monday morning. You may contact me on Tuesday morning in the office if you would like to speak with me personally. Joe Lanza
