Take that elsewhere. it becomes apparent that the slide Doug was trumpeting included stats from chartered's 90nm production and may also have included UMC production. Indeed it does, and it makes clear that the Chartered contribution would be insufficient to "truthify" Pete's 65nm misstatement, even were it all 90nm in 2008, and woefully insufficient to truthify his 45nm misstatement. UMC production? Huh? This is the AMD board. It's a "home" for people interested in AMD. If someone wants to call the baby ugly, it's certainly OK (shorting is a legitimate investment strategy) but it should be done with a bit of tact and a little consideration. No, Dan. This is an investment board. Long and short. There is no bias toward a long fan club mentality, as the SI Admin made clear.
