The shareholder meeting is in June. The meeting in Northern CA was scheduled to vote on convertible shares I think. Call investor relations for the latest news on the June shareholder meeting. Last time I called (recording) the exact date was not released. Yes, there are two new chicken places on Wilshire. The Kenny Rogers opens on Monday and the LA Rotiserie place was still under construction when I walked by today. Fred
