I'm afraid the market may have lost confidence in Intuits ability to exploit the advantage they have with QUICKEN (great program with a base of 8-9 million users). Exploitation requires the successful acquisition and management of online banking, credit card, brokerage and all other information important the management of personal finances. Based on my reading of the press and message boards they appear to have serious problems in this area. I hope I'm wrong
