Dave: Where did you see this news? Maybe when it reopen it will be tempting enough. But wait, what does such a loss do to their balance sheet? I feel for the longs on this one, but this was highly predictable. Both Carl and I painted the picture which is unfolding right now on the eve of the acquisition. Buying a far away company, doing it with debt as we enter a recession in the capital equipment market, all very bad omens. But look on the bright side, the companies that are picking up cheap fledging companies with good technologies will survive and florish. In the meanwhile, let see where this one opens tomorrow, any bids? Do I hear 4? Zeev
