TLC moved up from 11 1/2 to 13 5/8 on NEWS. Plus it has been moving sharply upward the last two days. This invalidates the breakout criteria. The chart pattern does still show heavy volume and a breakout-like pattern. Interesting to watch but I feel that it is unlikely to follow normal breakout patterns. TLC will not be added to the watch list, but will be watched nonetheless!
