Anette,

Excellent summary of the company's philosophy and management ideas. It sounds like a winner over the long haul, establishing itself in a niche where many of the big boys will probably not compete. Provision of home health care services will serve both as a value-added, high margin endeavor and will also distinguish them from the Wal-Mart style competition.

Now the question is what is the appropriate entry point? Could average in, I guess, as it is very hard to anticipate the ups and downs of small stocks such as HZP (similar to ABTX a while ago).

By the way, have not seen you on the ABTX thread lately. It has certainly attracted a lot of new posters recently, and there is not nearly as high a concentration of analysis as there used to be. Positive additions are folks more skilled in TA and options, now that they are a factor. Hope to see you back soon.

As you like consolidation plays, in addition to the one I mentioned to you via e-mail, you might like to check out Mastec (MTZ-NYSE). MTZ is primarily a telecoms infrastructure developer, engineering consultant, etc, across all portions of the sector (cable, fiber, phones, wireless, satellite, networking). Has both domestic operations and subsidiaries in Latin America and Spain. Is buying up lots of smaller players to grow into the largest domestic firm in sector (which it already may be, but will not dominate market which is too big). Mgt appears excellent. Will profit from telecom growth regardless of which technologies or individual companies win. Is highly profitable, and sales of several 100M this year. There is a fairly active thread. Disclaimer: do your own due diligence; I currently hold a position in MTZ.

Cheers,
Jim L.
