After the IPO there'll be 39,000,000 class B shares still left
over with the insiders. Compared to the approx. 4 mil class A
being offered, the class B carries 10 times the vote of class A.
(check the SEC filings at the top of this thread.)

With that kind of voting power with the insiders (100 x you and I)
I would hazard a guess that it is not going to be part of some
takeover play anytime soon. It will have to grow the old fashioned
way - by earnings and such. Oh, drudgery!

Of course, it's still a fine company with good prospects. But
it'd be better if we evaluated it on its niche position and its
grip on technology and its pricing power, etc.
