Point is I, for one, have full intentions on using the Junior Investment Program. YOUR fight is not with the exchange, it's with the SRO, and the regulators. But complaing about one company is nit picking. Make sure you know what it is that you are complaining about. I've heard talk of "Complain about SKB", but have seen no justifiable reasons.

PS: If you think the VSE is a scam, than you haven't been on the NASDAQ/AMEX/TSE/MSE. The NASDAQ is known as the worlds biggest pump & dump market, with excess of 40 billion a year in scams. Source: 'Nightline' summer of 1996. More recent losses are OXHP {oxford Health $20Bil, Amex:MFN{MERCURY FINAN CP} 17 Bill. Add to that the TSE which adds Bre-X to the TSE 100, which states only producing miner can be added. While in the TSE, those mutual funds that mirror the TSE 100 are required to buy BRE-X.
I've look at SKB, and the stock's chart gave signs of death a long time ago, considering the bussiness. It looks like a typical miner. SO WHAT'S the complaint. Remeber this is not to say that some rules don't need to be changed, they do. Rapid reporting of insider trades, less insider holding, restrictions on insider placements.... wait that what the Junior Investment Program considers.
On the TSE there was GAN: Gandalf Tech, which I lost $25,000+ on {and I sold early}, and have a friend that lost over $150,000 on. Yet I just chalk it up to bad investment managment, and start posting on other threads. |
