RE# As far as the product and the service, I will rate D. The service is very BAD. Aren't you being a little bit harsh here? We have been using 4 LroverE+ Boxes for over a year now and yes, some did fail because of the battery. If you want to discuss the technical aspects of the Shiva Lrover+ We can discuss this off-line, I installed these boxes ...and just recently upgrade 3 boxes to 4.0 (Firmware, SNM, BRI for ISDN and a few Client Dial-In and Dial-out software (mine include of course) in less than 30 minutes. Other than that they work great... AND YES, some of their Techie guys stink ... They also have some good ones ... like every other company ... Only wish I bought that stock back when it was in the LOW 20's when I was first started installing em ...
