Hi Bernard: You make teaching the most honorable of professions - teaching based on careful thorough insightful research to boot. And real world common sense. You should open a consulting business. Nope, on second thought, don't want to lose your wisdom here. Don't mean to be too complimentary and don't think I am - just due recognition of rare talent. As always. Thanks. The more you explain Terayon here though, the more I think the company has a real shot at doing well. So I hear you, listen carefully, but guess I am the guy marching to a different drum. (Of course zero tech training helps in that) :-) If the modem Terayon is producing now is too well endowed for the current market and use, is it doomed because of price? Since what training I have had is in economics, I doubt that. Many, many times a better, more versatile widget wins - especially when technologies are rapidly evolving and the winner is not clear. Again, I am not saying that Terayon is going to win, particularly in the US where it is in effect fighting city hall - the powers that be. But it is a big world out there. So I plan to keep my oar in -or rather put it in when I can - rightly or wrongly. I've been wrong before. :-) Again thanks. Chaz
