(a) Negative news from DOJ, SUN Java lawsuit, Bristol, contract
employees,....
(b) Bad news of Real networks -IBM, AOL-Netscape deals,
(c) MSFT talking down their own stock

....
With all of the above the stock is at 110 (at 54 PE).

Now imagine what the stock price would be if the there was
an environment of better news. That is when you get 72 PEs,
like when it hit 119.625 on July 16th.
