NR today: TORONTO, July 14 /CNW/ - 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. today announced that Dixons Group PLC, the largest electronics retailer in the United Kingdom, will begin carrying 01's award-winning COMMUNICATE! and COMMUNICATE! PRO unified messaging software in over 400 of its Dixons, Currys and PC World stores beginning this month. The agreement marks 01 Communique's first retail distribution outside North America and is the first step in a new initiative to penetrate the retail channel overseas. "We have established a solid retail channel in North America, but until now our only presence outside of the U.S. and Canada has been in the OEM arena," said Brian McElwain, Vice President Sales and Marketing for 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. "With its size and reputation, Dixons gives us the critical mass and the credibility we need to successfully launch our products in the retail marketplace in Europe and beyond."
